How can I book your wedding videography services?
All you need to do is contact us to check availability, download and fill out our contract, and send us your completed contract with a $250 deposit. That's it!
What is your video production style?
We have a non-obtrusive documentary style. This basically means we stay out of you and your guest's way as much as possible and record the day as it unfolds. Other than our on-camera lighting, you'll hardly notice we're there!
How long is the final wedding video/DVD?
This depends largely on your ceremony, since we don't edit anything out of the ceremony. But, most final products end up being about an hour and a half. It's just like watching a movie!
When will I get my wedding video?
Patience IS a virtue, but luckily you won't need much. Most clients get their wedding DVDs back within 2-3 weeks.
What if there's a problem with my wedding video?
We are human, mistakes happen (rarely). If there's any issue at all with your final video, we keep your project on our editing system for 10 days after it's delivered. Just let us know the problem and we'll make it right.
What if I ever want more copies?
We archive a master copy of your final wedding DVD, so if you ever need additional copies down the road, whether yours were lost or damaged, just give us a call and we'll produce as many as you need.
Do you travel?
Of course we do. Special accomodations outside of the Hampton Roads area can be made on a per client basis. Just let us know what you have in mind.
